Privacy Policy

Clawder ("the App") is developed and published by KissyKat Games, a studio brand of Sirideain LLC (a Nevada limited liability company) ("we", "us", "our"). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we do and do not collect when you use Clawder.

This policy covers Clawder on both iOS and Android. Where a practice differs between the two — the app store that handles your purchases, and leaderboards — the section says so explicitly.

1. Data We Collect

Clawder does not collect personal information that identifies you. We do not ask you to create an account, or to provide your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information to play the game. The only information the App itself sends off your device is the anonymous, aggregated analytics described in Section 2. In-app purchases are handled entirely by the app store you installed from — see Section 4.

2. Analytics — TelemetryDeck

We use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service, to understand general usage patterns (for example, how many people play each day or which features are popular). TelemetryDeck is designed to collect no personally identifiable information:

• It does not track you across other apps, and does not build an advertising or marketing profile of you.
• It does not collect hardware device identifiers (such as a serial number or MAC address), your IP address, or advertising IDs.
• So that we can measure things like daily player counts and how often people return, the SDK creates a single anonymous identifier tied only to your installation of Clawder. That identifier is a non-reversible salted hash, is not shared with other apps, cannot be traced back to you, and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
• All signals are anonymized and aggregated before we see them. TelemetryDeck does not sell them and does not use them for its own advertising.

3. Leaderboards — Apple Game Center (iOS only)

On Android, Clawder has no leaderboards and no Google Play Games integration. Scores stay on your device, and this section does not apply. The rest of this section describes the iOS version only.

On iOS, Clawder integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Game Center is operated entirely by Apple. Any data you share with Game Center (such as your Game Center display name or scores) is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your Game Center credentials or personal information.

Leaderboard uploads require your consent. Your scores are not uploaded to any global leaderboard until you explicitly opt in. The first time the App reaches game-over while Game Center is signed in, Clawder will ask whether you want to share your scores. If you agree, your Game Center display name and scores (all-time high, weekly high, highest level, daily challenge speed, and Cat Mode completions) will be uploaded to Apple Game Center and visible to other Clawder players. You can grant or revoke this consent at any time from Settings → Game Center → "Share scores to leaderboards". Revoking stops future uploads; scores already on Apple's servers remain governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases of Meow Bucks and other in-app items are processed entirely by the app store you installed Clawder from — Apple's StoreKit on iOS, and Google Play Billing on Android. We do not receive, process, or store your payment information, credit card details, Apple ID, or Google account credentials.

All purchase records and receipts are managed by Apple or Google respectively, and are governed by Apple's privacy policy or Google's privacy policy.

5. Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only, using each platform's standard on-device storage (UserDefaults on iOS, equivalent standard storage on Android):

This data never leaves your device. We cannot access, read, or retrieve it. If you delete the App, this data is permanently erased.

6. Third-Party Services

Clawder does not include:

• Advertising SDKs or ad networks
• Social media tracking pixels
• Third-party analytics that collect personally identifying information
• Any data-sharing arrangements with third parties

The only external services are TelemetryDeck (anonymized analytics, as described above), the app store's billing system (Apple StoreKit on iOS, Google Play Billing on Android), and — on iOS only — Apple Game Center.

7. Children's Privacy

Clawder is rated 4+ on the App Store and its content is suitable for players of all ages. The App is nevertheless directed to a general audience and is not specifically targeted at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

• COPPA (United States): We collect no personally identifying information from any user, and the App is not directed to children under 13, so no special parental consent mechanisms are required under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
• GDPR (European Union/EEA): We do not collect or process personal data that identifies you. The anonymous, install-scoped analytics identifier described in Section 2 is a non-reversible salted hash that cannot be traced back to you, so no special provisions for users under 16 are required under the General Data Protection Regulation.
• Other jurisdictions: The same approach — no accounts, no identifying information, no advertising identifiers — is what we rely on to meet children's privacy requirements in all jurisdictions we are aware of.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has somehow provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will promptly investigate.

8. International Users

Clawder is available worldwide through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Because we do not collect personal information:

• No cross-border transfers of personal data occur.
• No data processing agreements are required.
• GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, and other regional privacy laws are satisfied by this approach.

Regardless of where you are located, the same privacy protections described in this policy apply to you.

9. Data Retention

Since we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data for us to retain or to delete on request. The anonymous, aggregated analytics described in Section 2 cannot be linked to you and therefore cannot be individually identified, retrieved, or deleted. The locally stored game data on your device persists until you delete the App or clear its data through your device's system settings.

10. Your Rights

Under various privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and others), you may have rights regarding your personal data, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Because we collect no personal information, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete. If you have questions about this, please contact us.

11. Security

While we do not collect or transmit personal information, we take reasonable precautions in our app development practices to ensure the App does not expose your on-device data to unauthorized access.

12. Our Social Media Channels (Facebook & Instagram)

KissyKat Games operates a Facebook Page and an Instagram account (@kissykatgames). We use a Meta platform app to manage them — including reading and responding to the comments, mentions, and direct messages that players send to our own accounts, and viewing aggregate insights (reach, views, engagement) for our own content.

How we handle that data:

• What we access: comments and mentions on our own posts, messages sent to our accounts, and aggregate (non-personal) insights for our own content — via Meta's official APIs, under Meta's Platform Terms.
• Why: solely to read and respond — answering questions, providing support, and thanking players. Every reply is reviewed and approved by a person before it is sent. We never send unsolicited or bulk messages.
• What we don't do: we do not sell platform data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising or profiling, or combine it with any game data (the game itself collects none — see above).
• Retention: we keep this data only as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our own support history.

Data deletion: to ask us to delete any data we hold from your interactions with our social channels (e.g., a record of your message or comment), email hello@kissykatgames.com from any address, naming the Facebook or Instagram account you contacted us from. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm. Note that the original comment or message on Facebook/Instagram itself is controlled by you and by Meta — deleting it there is done through your own account.

13. Changes to This Policy

If our data practices change in a future version of Clawder, we will update this policy before or at the time of the change. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
