This addendum supplements the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) for Clawder, developed by KissyKat Games, a studio brand of Sirideain LLC (a Nevada limited liability company) ("Licensor"). Where this addendum conflicts with Apple's standard EULA, the more restrictive provision applies. Apple's standard EULA remains in full effect for all matters not specifically addressed here.
Clawder includes a virtual currency called Meow Bucks and various in-game items (extra lives, power-up charges, cosmetic items). The following terms apply:
Meow Bucks and all in-game items are digital content licensed to you, not sold. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use them within the App. They are not your property.
Meow Bucks and in-game items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, refunded, exchanged, or transferred for real currency, real goods, real services, or credit of any kind — except as required by applicable law.
All in-app purchases in Clawder are consumable (one-time use). Once Meow Bucks are spent on lives, power-ups, or cosmetics, the transaction is final. Consumable purchases are not restorable across devices through Apple's purchase restoration mechanism.
Your Meow Bucks balance and in-game items are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain server-side records of your balance. If you delete the App, reset your device, or lose access to your device, your balance and items may be permanently lost. We have no obligation to restore lost balances or items.
We reserve the right to modify the in-game economy at any time, including:
Changes apply going forward and do not entitle you to a refund for prior purchases.
All game progress, scores, levels, and customization choices are stored locally on your device by default. We do not provide cloud saves or cross-device sync. Loss of device data means loss of game progress. Scores are uploaded to Apple Game Center leaderboards only with your explicit consent — see section 2.2 below.
Clawder integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Your scores are not uploaded to any global leaderboard until you explicitly opt in. The first time the App reaches game-over while Game Center is signed in, Clawder will ask whether you want to share your scores. You can grant or revoke this consent at any time from Settings → Game Center → "Share scores to leaderboards". Once uploaded, data shared with Apple Game Center is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy, not ours.
We may update the App to adjust gameplay mechanics, difficulty, scoring, level design, or other game features. These changes are part of normal game development and do not constitute a breach of this agreement.
In addition to any restrictions in Apple's standard EULA, you may not:
Violation of these terms may result in loss of access to the App and forfeiture of all virtual items and currency.
Refund requests for in-app purchases should be directed to Apple, as all purchases are processed through the App Store. We do not process refunds directly. Apple's refund policies apply. Nothing in this addendum limits any refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any loss of Meow Bucks, in-game items, game progress, or other virtual content, whether caused by device failure, App deletion, software updates, bugs, or any other reason. Our total liability related to virtual items shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific items at issue.
